Who we are and what we do.
We are Meridian VIP, a premiere meet and greet service provider rapidly emerging in the airport concierge arena of the travel industry. You could say we were born out of the adversity of seeing people being treated badly and our desire to do customer service better. Nestor Li, the July 2017, brainchild behind us setting out on this course to establish a standard and to transform a culture from what we witnessed in practice, into ones we are achieving in both employee and customer happiness. Meridian VIP quickly became known for Happy greeters. Happier customers.

Meridian VIP Services is one of the rare new breeds to enter the airport meet and greet segment of the travel industry. We assembled and combined at our helm, three top talents with over six decades of experience in travel, airline, airport and business operations. Our airport greeters are front and center and come to us from a wide range of airline and airport backgrounds with the common thread that they are proven performers and want to grow.
Meridian has helped hundreds of greeters achieve their goals. Unlike other meet and greet service providers, Meridian VIP maintains a strategic focus on supporting our frontline teams with the same measure of care we expect for our clients. The July 2017 Meridian VIP brain-child, Nestor Li, adversely impacted by what he and others experienced by a prevailing culture of disloyalty and deteriorating morals and ethical values, partnered up with two others and the three bring an intimate level of understanding to those on the frontlines—our greeters.
At the helm of newly formed Meridian VIP Services are those of us with knowledge and first-hand experience with the disparate treatment of greeters rising, serving as the driving force in the morale of greeters rapidly declining due to the unexpected hardships posed. We personally witnessed the frontlines ever-increasing and growing disgruntled, because we were “them” and also expressing the need to not only survive, but to thrive, actually leaving an industry we all have fully vested ourselves in and grown to love.
The reception of Meridian VIP by greeters approaching us and connecting from across the globe in airports and cities worldwide was a sign that made full proof that Meridian VIP was indeed birthed intentionally to be “an answer and the ultimate in meet and greet experiences” for such a time as this for the greeters—the face of our frontlines; for the clients we serve, as well as for ourselves and the industry we represent.
Just as the front-line is committed to clients of Meridian VIP, we are committed to the men and women serving from the front. We are committed to you. Within Meridian VIP, we make it our personal mission to ensure the satisfaction of every greeter that works with us. We have a proven system of advocating, serving and supporting in excellence that we intentionally built around how we treat our front-line team—how you and I want to be treated.
We are intentionally there for our greeters. We believe treating our frontline teams well is a requisite for clients to be treated well. You will love the way we meet and greet, as each greeter has peace of mind about executing what is needed in their assignments. Clients know they can count on Meridian VIP to be on point with the services it provides and the greeter knows they can count on us to keep our commitment to them for what is essential for their well-being as well as to provide them with every essential document and detail needed to deliver a professionally executed timely and excellent meet and greet service.
Our mission at Meridian VIP is to provide first class meet and greet concierge services at airports and train stations worldwide. Meridian VIP Services focus is on how we treat our front-line team. We believe in ensuring a 5-Star experience that starts with our meet and greet staff and the same care is reciprocated for each client’s overall satisfaction. Meridian VIP Services provides an exclusive meet and greet service aimed at making the overall travel experience less time-consuming and more efficient for the traveler.
Our clientele ranges from individual travelers for both business and pleasure, to travel agencies, limousine companies, corporate travel coordinators, executives, professional athletes; television networks, producers, cast members and artists from the arts, entertainment, and fashion industries to individuals from seniors, travelers with small children, and unaccompanied minors.
Our ultimate focus is assisting every client with their airport needs.
